At that time it provided balloon decorations up and down the east coast serving such clients as Sysco, Inc, Coca-Cola and the Mayor of Baltimore among others. In 2003 Natasha Liberman, balloon designer, has moved to Salt Lake City and had, for the time being, abandoned balloon decorations. However, in November 2008, Natasha joined forces with Tatyana Myakisheva, a long-standing friend, technical director and owner, and the company had begun its balloon decorating swing in Utah.
